Bathroom Updates in Tigard
This Tigard home received a bathroom update, with a new toilet installation and the addition of a new lav sink and faucet. The work was completed in a single visit. We made sure all new fixtures were properly connected and tested.
A new toilet installation involves replacing the wax ring, which is the seal that keeps the toilet from leaking at the floor. New toilet bolts were also installed. We tested the toilet for leaks and sealed it to the finish floor.
The lav sink and faucet installation required connecting the drain and water supply lines. We caulked the sink and tested the faucet for leaks.
With both the toilet and sink installations complete, we verified that all connections were secure and leak-free, and the bathroom updates were finished.
Toilet Installation
