Hallway Bathroom Remodel in Camas
This Camas home's hallway bathroom got a remodel, and we handled the plumbing updates. The project involved camera scoping the existing drain system and installing new pipes for a tile shower. We also addressed the venting and drainage for the toilet and sink.
A bathroom remodel requires planning to update the plumbing system correctly. We started by camera scoping the existing drain system to identify potential issues and marked out the trench for the concrete cut. This step helps us avoid mistakes and install the system smoothly.
The new waste drain and vent system for the tile shower were piped and tied into the existing vent. We then tested the waste piping with a ten-foot head pressure. We also repiped the water supply and drainage for the undermount, double basin sink with garbage disposal. The drain was lowered to accommodate the new sink, and we redid the venting for the toilet and flange.
In addition to the shower updates, we made other plumbing fixes as part of the remodel. These updates included work on the shower valve and the installation of a new line for the filtered ice maker.

We roughed in the plumbing for the new shower valve, providing the necessary pipe and fittings. Note that the valve and trim were not included in this work.

We paid the permit fee for the remodel project.
Venting Fix
