Bathroom Remodel in Portland
This Portland bathroom remodel involved several key updates, including a new shower valve and shower pan. We relocated the toilet's drain and water supply to accommodate the changes. The project also included repairs to the double vanity.
A bathroom remodel often requires careful planning and execution, especially when it comes to plumbing. We began by removing the old shower valve and relocating it to the opposite wall of the shower, roughing in the new plumbing. This step involved installing new pipe and fittings to connect the valve.
We also installed a customer-supplied shower pan, replacing the old shower P-trap and installing a new one. We sealed the shower drain and checked its operation.
The double vanity also received attention, as we fixed a leaking drain on the left side and re-piped the water stub outs. We connected the new water lines to the vanity.
